This article is about QLD BCCM Act Fees and the increases from 1 July 2021. The information has been supplied by the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management.
It’s that time of year again where the QLD BCCM Act fees for our dispute resolution services and for interested persons to pay bodies corporate for information given under the Act increase in accordance with the Consumer Price Index. The increase will be effective 1 July 2021.

Accessing body corporate records
