A recent fire at an inner Sydney e-bike shop, resulting in the evacuation of an entire apartment block, underscores this alarming trend.

FRNSW emphasises the need for increased awareness and education regarding the safe selection, use, charging, storage, and disposal of lithium-ion batteries to minimise the risk of fires.
