Being involved in a family-run fire protection company for many years before joining his business partner Heath Whaley at the head of National Fire Group a company which was established 12 years ago and has grown steadily. His role in the company is to drive innovation, mitigate risk and develop the core culture of the business around meaningful relationships and a solid system and framework that assists the team to prosper both in and outside of the working environment. He has a strong sales and marketing background, being the creative heart of the business. His biggest motivation is to help people grow, whilst maintaining balance.
