My name is Matt Osborne. I am passionate about the Facilities and Building Management industry. I am an industry specialist with over 25 years experience in customer service. My company, Elite Building Managers Australia has been developed around the great opportunities I have had and the knowledge I have gained during this time. I have been given some great opportunities to develop myself working amongst people in companies such as Aqua Del Rey, Marriott International, Carlton Crest Group, Sultan of Brunei, Oaks Hotels & Resorts, Imagine Hotels & Resorts, Smarter Communities and Australian Property Management. My opportunities have included being a part of opening new high-rise residential properties and hotels to reviewing maintenance strategies of buildings built in the late 1880's, reviewing budgets and expenditure of millions of dollars to training and educating people to meet their dreams.
