Jessica Kaye, More Than Strata

Passionate about people, policy and sustainability, Jessica, the NSW 2020 Strata Manager of the Year, is committed to advocating for improved professionalism and education in the strata management sector. She approaches Strata Management with a unique lens, which has quickly established her as a proficient communicator, mediator, and leader. Jessica is passionate about balancing the right advice with outstanding service and has a particular interest in multi-tiered titling and complex schemes. She is a member of the SCA (NSW) Education Committee, where she works with other members to improve stakeholder experience and knowledge standards.
