David Chokolich, HFM Asset Management

David is the General Manager of Technical Services for HFM Asset Management. With over 23 years’ experience within the Building Services design and Facilities Management, David has extensive experience in Building Operation, Maintenance and Energy Management, which is built on a strong working knowledge of a wide variety of facilities and this ensures the best applicable industry practice is evaluated and implemented for our Clients. David is also a co-author of the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency publication “Guide to Best Practice Maintenance & Operation of HVAC Systems for Energy Efficiency”.
