This exposure provides an essential understanding of best practice applications of proactive maintenance, reactive repairs, and capital works upgrades to any asset or building. Valen specialises in the management of complex strata projects including Fire Safety Upgrades, Remedial Upgrades, Defect Management Claims, and Sustainability Upgrades.
