Ashlee Whitwell

Ashlee Whitwell has been actively involved in WA’s real estate industry for over 15 years, including 10 years extensive experience as a Strata Manager in the South West. Her passion and professionalism for the industry led to Ashlee progressing to her position as a Director of WA Strata Management in 2018. Recently in an exciting new development, 6 of WA’s leading strata management firms, including WA Strata Management, merged to form one of WA’s leading strata firms; Emerson Raine. Ashlee is proud to have continued in her role as a Director and Strata Manager of Emerson Raine. Ashlee has developed a vast knowledge of unique and complex strata management solutions through her growing portfolio. This not only includes residential and commercial properties but retirement villages, shopping centres and even tree plantations. She not only consistently achieves results that benefit her clients but is always looking to pass her valuable experience onto staff in further building their management skills. Ashlee is a SCA Accredited Strata Community Manager and proudly received the award for SCA WA Senior Strata Community Manager of the Year in 2019.
